Roger Williams is an active aviation consultant as well as a photographer and cinematographer with over 15 years of professional experience. Airlines and industry suppliers call on Roger for advice on developing customer loyalty, ancillary revenue, and ecommerce programs. These same brands also depend on Roger to deliver cutting-edge video content for branding and corporate messaging.
In 2004 Roger co-founded and served as a managing partner of Airline Information, LLC, where he helped to position the “FFP” brand of conferences as the premier resource for airline loyalty and ancillary revenue worldwide. Today Roger attends major aviation and loyalty conferences as a presenter and director of photography (DoP) for video production.
Roger’s previous airline experience included roles at Air Jamaica including: operations, customer service, sales, network planning, loyalty and alliance marketing. Over the years Roger has amassed hundreds of billable hours of consulting experience with some of the world’s most progressive airlines, Fortune 500 suppliers, and investors. Besides building winning loyalty programs and ancillary revenue portfolios, Roger’s consulting has included rather unique projects such as building marketing promotions with airlines and music celebrities. In 2003 Roger co-founded the music talent agency Off the Menu Entertainment, and is credited with helping to popularize the “celebrity DJ” concept in the early 2000s.
Roger lives in Denver, CO in the United States. He holds undergraduate and post graduate degrees in International Relations, Anthropology, and Intelligence from Florida International University and the University of Salford in the United Kingdom.
